Purchased this product in 2017 and it worked great, for exactly 1 year. The Control Unit failed and is no longer working. This product has a 3 year manufacturers warranty (on parts but not labor). The unit is not "repairable", per the inspection by the local Hayward recommended warranty service center, and should be replaced as a whole unit, BUT GOOD LUCK trying to get a replacement unit from Hayward. It has now been over a month trying to resolve this issue and is still ongoing!
