I bought these as a sandal that would be similar to a barefoot shoe. They checked all the boxes for me. They are adjustable with the buckles for ample toe splay. They have minimal heel lift. The leather was easily softened within minutes by using water on my hands and stretching it as recommended by manufacturer. The sole was a little stiff initially but softer with a few wears. The price point in comparison to true barefoot shoes was substantial…less than half the cost. Super happy with the purchase.
